In the heart of Playa del Ingles on Gran Canaria We have been there for you for many years. For convivial evenings with live music from our great artists, we serve you non-alcoholic drinks, German beer, red wine, rosé, white wine, a large selection of delicious cocktails and nice long drinks as you wish .

The CC Cita shopping centre is very centrally located in Playa del Ingles. You can find the exact location on Google Maps. Entrance from Avenida de Francia, a few metres straight ahead to the end. Turn half left across the square, past 3 restaurants. A striking feature of this square is a pink Volkswagen ‘Beetle’. At the end of the square, go up the stairs in the centre. And from the top, looking to the right, you can already see Café Marlene.

The artists' weekly programme at Cafe Marlene. Monday Johnny Coster and Hans from Graz sing. Tuesday Joe Steen and Hans from Graz sing. Wednesday the duo Carinos sings with Hans from Graz. Thursday Johnny Coster and Hans from Graz sing. Friday Rick Sanders and Josef sing with his guitar. Saturday Hans from Graz and Josef with his guitar sing. Sunday evening show-woman Maritza Rosales and Rick Sanders sing. Sunday morning from 11:00 h Marion Hoffmann, Josef with his guitar and the Eadiomoderator Horst Klatte will entertain you at the Frühschoppen. There will be a raffle with great prizes. And Manolo offers Weißwurst (Bavarian speciality) with beer

Im Café Marlene fühlt man sich sehr wohl ! Immer ein Besuch wert! Für gute Musik ist bestens gesorgt . Die Bewirtung ist hervorragend ! Ich komme immer gerne da hin.

We visited Café Marlene for the first time 10 years ago and got to know the friendly bosses and staff, as well as the musicians who made Marlene a cult restaurant. We are on holiday in Playa del Ingles twice a year and almost every evening we go to Manolo's atmosphere café. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, lots of nice colleagues. A super team with Manolo as the boss.

I've been coming to Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria since 2018 and when I first saw this place in Cita with live German music, I immediately fell in love! It has a really good atmosphere and Manolo is such a nice person! He's always smiling and we always get the biggest hug from him! And the customers at Cafe Marlene are mainly German speaking, but there are also Norwegians and Danes (me and my husband), we are there almost every night when we are in Gran Canaria, just to have a good time.
